We are a multi-disciplinary design studio with a highly motivated team based in east London.

Influenced by everyday living, we provide services for various types of domestic and commercial projects, planning applications for extensions & conversions, apartments, retail, change of use, interior design & landscape. We enjoy designing a life for our clients via converting spatial limits and obstacles to rewarding ideas and clever solutions.

Our team is experienced to overcome the daily challenges of reconciling budgets with visionary projects. We love to build close relations with our clients and assist them throughout their entire projects, from ideas to realisation. We equally enjoy the delivery and implementation stages, working closely on site with the delivery team, engineers, craftsmen, trade, and building contractors. If required, we can recommend a team of consultants, construction professionals, and competent reliable building contractors and tradesmen that we work with on a regular basis.

Our team works with high-tech BIM (building information modelling). This 3D technology enables us to design your project with speed and precision. During the design stages, we can provide you with 3D representations of your plan to help better visualise the end result of your journey with us.
